Repairs and restoration

We only offer jewelry repairs for jewelry from our company.

Pearl and beaded jewelry

If the elastomer or fiber breaks, send the jewelry back to us and we will repair it for you. The first 30 days from purchase are FREE, after that the amount is 200,- CZK/piece.

Bronze jewelry

If your bronze jewelry develops a patina that naturally forms as the metal oxidizes, it can be easily cleaned at home with a cotton cloth on the jewelry, or in dishing water or a home jewelry cleaner. If the jewelry has not been worn for a long time and has been stored poorly, the patina may be thicker and much harder to clean at home. In this case, we will clean the jewelry again and polish it to its original shine.

The price of cleaning and polishing is 250 CZK/piece.

The buyer pays the costs associated with transportation.
