We only offer jewelry repairs for jewelry from our company. The first 6 months from purchase are FREE of charge at our expense.
Pearl and bead jewelry
If the elastomer or fiber breaks, send the jewelry back to us and we will repair it for you. Price 10 EUR/piece.
Bronze jewelry
If a patina forms on your bronze jewelry, which occurs naturally as a result of metal oxidation, it can be easily cleaned at home with a cotton jewelry cloth, or in spring water or a home jewelry cleaner. If the jewelry has not been worn for a long time and has been stored poorly, the patina may be thicker and much harder to clean at home. In this case, we will clean and polish the jewelry again to its original shine.
The price of cleaning and polishing is 12 EUR/piece.
The buyer pays for all shipping costs.
